    These so called constitutional Judge have to clarify their legal position in defining for the general good exactly what is legal and what is illegal and so far they have failed miserablly to distinguish what constitutes legal marriage and illegal marriage. So far they have missed the mark. Marriage between a man and women has thousands of years of legal precedent starting with Adam and Eve, unfortunately same-sex marriage does not. Legislating judicial activist judges passing laws through a political bias is both criminal a sham.
